Customers can complete the ETH Buy One Get One Task and the 10,000 U Challenge Task every day, with up to 5 times for each task.
Q: What is the duration of the daily challenge task cycle?
The daily task cycle is based on 11:00 (GMT+8). If today's task requirements are not met, progress will reset and recalculate at 11:00 (GMT+8) the next day.
Q: Can the daily trading volume be carried over to the next day?
No, you can't. The trading volume for daily tasks is cleared on the same day and reset the next day, and any unmet portion will not be carried over to the next day. Gift boxes earned from meeting the trading volume requirement can be kept and opened before the event ends. Example:
Today's transaction 8,000 USDT → Not met, calculation will restart from 0 the next day.
Today's transaction 12,000 USDT → Qualified portion 10,000 USDT The gift box obtained can be kept and opened before the end of the event; the unqualified portion 2,000 USDT will not be carried over to the next day, and the calculation will start from 0 the next day.
Q: Why hasn't some of my trading volume been counted towards the task?
Yes. Trading volume generated with 0 fees will not be counted towards the task trading volume, including two situations:
1) 0 Fee Trading Pairs OKX offers zero-fee promotions for certain spot trading pairs (open to all users). The trading volume generated on these pairs will not be counted towards the trading volume required for the task.
2) VIP 0 Fee Rate (Fee Rebate) Users with VIP 7–9 status will enjoy trading fee rebates. The 0 fee rate trading volume generated after the rebate will also not be counted towards the task trading volume.

Q: How long is the time limit of the transaction experience funds in the gift box?
Trading bonus have a registration time limit of 5 days. After registration, the usage time limit is 5 days. It is recommended to go to [My Bonuses] to claim and register your bonus as soon as possible after it is issued.
Q: Why was my transaction experience bonus revoked?
It may be because you switched account modes. If there is unused trading bonus in your trading account, the trading bonus will be withdrawn after switching account modes and will not be reissued.
