Has anyone built decentralized frontend hosting? Would be cool if you could pay <x> sol to upload your program, <y> sol to upload the UI to that program (and provides RPC for that UI), and then it just lives forever. No AWS/Vercel. No hosting fees. Paradise for indy devs throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. Also could mean explorers could embed a UI for each smart contract. To make it work economically, you'd probably need to meter RPC/CDN usage. If the staking yield from the deposit covers the cost, it lives indefinitely. If not, it slowly drains the SOL until the website is taken down.
@CloakdDev Like I have a friend that tries random stuff with pumpfun tokens that usually involve a UI and some kind of game. I could imagine a world where each pumpfun token can have its own associated UI that doesn't need to be vercel hosted and paid by the dev for eternity
