If Chainlink is going to power real infrastructure, the token has to matter. Payment Abstraction proves the system can already route fees from ETH or stables into LINK. That’s real flow, not speculation. But wiring isn’t alignment. The reserve is buying roughly a million dollars in LINK every week, yet more continues to move out through planned unlocks. It’s not criticism to ask how those flows fit together. Is the reserve tightening supply over time or just smoothing liquidity? How do these movements connect to staking and network revenue? Nobody’s asking for hype. People want design clarity. The community that carried this network deserves to understand how LINK, the reserve, and the broader economy connect in the finished system.
