Zcash setup now as I see it:
Funding rates went negative yesterday, longs now being paid, potential short squeeze on the table.
Shorters imo underestimate how much of Zcash volume is spot buying for long term. They are chart traders and dont know fundamentals well.
8 year distribution and selling for ZEC puts it in top 5 most well decentralised assets in crypto, and top 3 in terms of cypherpunk Ethos. Possibly 1st place for that tbh, given Satoshi agreed ZK wud improve BTC.
Zashi + NEAR intents give it true utility for the masses, while super rich will increasingly buy+hold for long periods to protect their wealth during the coming decades.
Zcash isnt going anywhere, and supply halvings will have similar effects to BTC most likely. One of the most significant repricings in crypto history underway.
